The tragic loss of both father and step-father would, ordinarily, be enough to give anyone an excuse to give up on life. But Mr Forte is no ordinary individual.

At the age of just 14, he was running the family business, on a part time basis, whilst he completed his school and university education.  By the time he was 21, he had decided he wanted to pursue his dream of being the very best he could be – so he started down a new road in life and made his plans to be a successful entrepreneur.

Not to be discouraged by some early challenges, it took him only two years to be recognised as a businessman of some distinction; already being noticed for his success in sales, recruitment, marketing and management.

In 1996, Sandro started his own company which subsequently doubled in size in every one of the five subsequent years.  In fact, every year since then, he has been in the top 0.2% of sales people, in his profession, in the world.  He has become an international best-selling author (his book ‘dare to be different’ is now published in five languages) and has regularly appeared on radio and television.
