Duncan McKenzie
Playing over three hundred games and scoring well over one hundred goals, Duncan McKenzie is remembered as one of the great 70s ball players. Now he’s one of the great football after dinner speakers and as entertaining a speaker as he was a footballer.
Duncan’s career saw him play with some of the most prestigious clubs around. These include Nottingham Forest, Leeds United, Anderlecht, Everton, Chelsea and Blackburn. He also played in the United States, with Tulsa Roughnecks and Chicago Sting.
Duncan has undertaken media work including Terrestrial Television shows like Yesterday’s Heros and There’s Only One Brian Moore and Sky Television programmes such as Footballers Football Show and pre match comments on major games.
Duncan has also worked on Radio Five Live and for Radio City Liverpool, and has written for National Newspapers and Liverpool Echo.
Duncan has the ability to address mixed audiences, business luncheons and company golf days as well as the very popular sportsman’s dinners. This makes him an excellent speaker, and because he is a keen golfer, he is delighted to join you for a round of golf prior to the evenings’ entertainment.
