David May

Known for an almost ten year stay with Manchester United, David remains a loyal fan and appears at many of United’s functions and after dinner speaking events.

Beginning his playing career at Blackburn, when he was just 18 years old, David has gone on to establish himself as one of the most well-respected football speakers currently working on the after dinner speaker circuit.

David has experience as both a player and a manager, which has given him a wealth of insights into the inner workings of British football and many stories and anecdotes from his time both on and off the pitch.

Further complimenting his work as a football speaker, David has worked as a pundit and commentator for MUTV, Manchester United’s official TV channel, commenting on the techniques, tactics and performance of both Man United and their rivals.
