Angus Fraser

Angus “Gus” Fraser was a right arm fast-medim bowler who’s career with played Middlesex CCC spanned 18 years.

He played in 46 test matches and 42 One Day Internationals for England and was always recognised as one of the most reliable, intelligent and hard working bowlers of the team.

Since retiring from playing Angus has carved a career in the media writing for newspaper and is a regular contributor to BBC’s Test Match Special and Sky Sports cricket coverage.

He also speaks on the after dinner circuit about his successful career for both club and country, and his experiences at the very top of his profession.
